Q: 1.What products do you produce?
A: We are specialized in producing precision castings with silica sol shell mould made in the field of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, corrosion resistant steel, heat resistant steel, special high alloy steel and part of copper & alumium materials.
Q: 2.Do you provide samples? Is it free?
A: Yes, we could offer the samples, but it not for free, the samples cost and freight will be for client's side.
Q: 3.Could I use my own logo or design on goods?
A: Yes. Customized logo and design on production are available.
Q: 4.How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Normal producing time 4-6 weeks if the goods are not in stock and need to open new mould. The delivery time is according to quantity.
Q: 5.What is your terms of payment?
A: If the amount is not over Usd1000, payment 100% in advance, If amount is over Usd1000, will be negotiated the advanced payment.
