Q: 4. How can we obtain a sample and how long will it take?Is it free? How long is your delivery time for batch goods?
A: Samples developing order will be made firstly.
Secondly we will develop samples according drawing with your request.
We are available to send samples for your approval after samples had been finished.
Sample developing takes 15 - 35 days.
We are not available to provide free samples, the samples cost and freight will be for client's side.
Samples developing Min Qty: 5pcs accepted if it made by common material such as stainless steel 304,316,2205, aluminum ZL101 etc. Min batch production Qty: Total weight 15kgs if the special material requested
For batch goods,generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Normal producing time 4-6 weeks if the goods are not in stock and need to open new mould. The delivery time is according to quantity of order.

Q: 6. Could I use my own logo or design on goods and packages?
A: Yes. Customized logo and design on production are available under customer's requirements, but it is requested MOQ
Q: 7. What is your terms of payment?
A: If the amount is not over Usd1000, payment 100% in advance, If amount is over Usd1000, will be negotiated the advanced payment amount.
Q: 8. Do you have products warranty?
A: Yes,12 months warranty.100% inspection on finished products before dispatch.In case there is any Inferior products, will arrange to return or replacement for free
