Manufacturing Process Of High Alloy Steel Investment Castings
First, a special wax material is used to make a pattern, then the pattern is assembled and fixed on the mold frame, and then wrapped with refractory materials and hardened to form a shell. The shell is baked at high temperature to melt the wax material and then poured. After high temperature liquid high alloy steel fills every corner of the shell, and after cooling, a high-precision casting is obtained.
