High strength and rigidity: The specific grades of carbon steel we select, which are precision cast and heat-treated (e.g., normalized or quenched tempered), provide extreme strength and rigidity, ensuring no plastic deformation or fracture under extreme operating conditions.

Excellent Thermal Stability: Our carbon steel material offers excellent high-temperature strength and thermal stability, maintaining good mechanical properties under repeated thermal cycling, effectively resisting thermal degradation and ensuring continuous and reliable stopping power.

Complex Structure Molding: The biggest advantage of precision casting (investment casting/silica sol process) over forging or machining welding is the ability to cast extremely complex structures in a one-time, near-net form. This eliminates potential stress concentration points and leakage risks associated with welding, improving structural integrity and reliability.

High dimensional accuracy and consistency: We use advanced tooling technology and strict process control to ensure that the cast caliper blanks have extremely high dimensional accuracy and geometric consistency (e.g., critical aperture, flatness, coaxiality). This greatly reduces the margin and time for subsequent finishing, reduces costs, and more importantly, ensures the assembly accuracy and sealing performance of the final product.

Excellent surface quality and density: The precision casting process provides a smooth surface finish. Through process optimization (e.g. vacuum casting, reasonable gating riser system design), we ensure that the casting has a dense internal structure, no shrinkage, porosity and other defects.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free?

A: Yes, we could offer the samples, but it not for free, the samples cost and freight will be for client's side.

Q: Could I use my own logo or design on goods?

A:Yes. Customized logo and design on production are available.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Normal producing time 4-6 weeks if the goods are not in stock and need to open new mould. The delivery time is according to quantity.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: If the amount is not over Usd1000, payment 100% in advance, If amount is over Usd1000, will be negotiated the advanced payment.
