1. High precision and complex modeling: It can produce parts with extremely complex shapes, thin walls (<1mm), and high dimensional accuracy (CT4-6 level), which are difficult to achieve with other casting methods.
2. Excellent surface quality: The casting has a smooth surface (Ra 1.6-3.2μm), which significantly reduces the amount of subsequent machining.
3. Good material properties: Vacuum casting reduces oxidation inclusions, the organization density is better than sand casting, and the mechanical properties are better.
4. No parting surface/draft angle: The integral investment mold eliminates the restrictions of the parting line and draft angle, and the design freedom is higher.
5. Applicable to high melting point alloys: It can cast aluminum alloys containing highly active elements, and is also applicable to alloys that are easy to stick to the mold during die casting.
