Production casting process
The first step in making a stainless steel cover is to take out the customer's mold from the mold room. If the customer has a mold, we can produce directly. If the customer doesn't have a mold. We can make molds according to customer requirements. It takes about two weeks. Then we start pressing the wax mold, assembling and welding the wax tree, coating and hanging the mold shell, removing the wax material, baking the mold shell, and then enter the pouring stage. We remove the shell, cut, and grind off the gate for precise repair. If the customer has heat treatment requirements, we will carry out the heat treatment, and finally shape it. For general stainless steel LIDS, customers usually require surface treatments such as painting, sandblasting, polishing, and chemical electroplating. If the glossiness of the surface of the stainless steel lid is required, some vibration polishing, brushing polishing, mirror polishing, electrolytic polishing, etc. can be carried out.
